We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Transformation Director to lead enterprise-wide change across our Facilities Management portfolio. This is a pivotal Executive role responsible for shaping and delivering a multi-year transformation strategy across operations, digital enablement, culture, and service innovation. The successful candidate will also lead Internal Communications, ensuring clear and engaging messaging that supports organisational change and strengthens employee engagement across multi-site contracts. We are looking for a senior FM leader with a proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvement, margin enhancement, and cultural transformation within the UK Facilities Management sector. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, on a hybrid-work pattern, 40 hours per week. BS7858 vetting will be required.
