Job Description:

Join Allianz Benelux as a Transformation Consultant and play a pivotal role in leading X-ray diagnostics to identify and unlock the full potential within our business areas. Design and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with senior stakeholders. Job Responsibility:

Identify efficiency opportunities: conduct comprehensive assessments of current workflows, processes, and systems to find and quantify improvement potential
support initiative delivery: identify roadblocks, define actions to unblock them, and ensure course correction
provide program performance transparency: prepare senior leadership for transformation updates and internal communications
program delivery control: set priorities for the program, drive governance processes, ensure financial reconciliation, and track metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and success
collaborate across functions: engage with various departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives
stakeholder engagement: conduct interviews with operational and senior stakeholders to gather insights and mobilize support for transformation projects

Requirements:

Proven track record in leading large-scale transformations involving senior executives and multiple stakeholders
experience in a similar role, preferably within insurance
proficient in project management tools, modeling, data visualization, and dashboard development
fluent in English with one local (French and/or Dutch) language
expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
transformation mindset with a proactive, inquisitive, and detail-oriented approach
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage with roles at all levels
