Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation, including consulting and organisational design
Proficiency in designing operating models, encompassing process design, workforce planning, and the creation of business cases
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a pertinent field of study
Proven experience utilizing Agile methodologies within intricate, matrix-based organizational structures
A results-driven and collaborative approach, with the ability to effectively manage ambiguity
Outstanding skills in stakeholder management and communication
A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
An appetite for experimentation combined with a focus on project delivery
