Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation, including consulting and organisational design
  • Proficiency in designing operating models, encompassing process design, workforce planning, and the creation of business cases
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a pertinent field of study
  • Proven experience utilizing Agile methodologies within intricate, matrix-based organizational structures
  • A results-driven and collaborative approach, with the ability to effectively manage ambiguity
  • Outstanding skills in stakeholder management and communication
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
