Job Description:

Senior Vice President role in Transformation Communications, working to ensure clear and consistent communications for Citi's firm-wide Transformation program, focusing on culture, risk management, controls, data governance and function-wide communications for the Chief Operating Office.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with executives to develop understanding of Transformation program outputs
Bring stakeholders together to align on communications plans
Draft and review communications including emails, articles, videos and talking points
Provide insights into data and analytics of messaging
Report project outcomes and risks to management
Maintain SharePoint and Teams channel for COO colleagues
Support Director with external communications and strategic projects
Assess risk as it relates to communications content and tactics

Requirements:

Knowledge of communications and at least 8 years of increased responsibility for business management
Preferred knowledge of financial regulatory landscape, risk management and controls
Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills
Digitally savvy with experience working with Microsoft applications and content management systems
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strategic orientation
Experience working effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization
Track record of success in delivering high-volume work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Integrity, maturity, dependability, positive professional attitude
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or another related field

Nice to have:

Knowledge of financial regulatory landscape, risk management and controls
Experience with large and complex organizations
