An opportunity to join HSBC as a Transformation Business Analyst. The role requires collaborating across stakeholders to gather and agree on business requirements and solution designs, while leveraging expertise in business analysis, change management, and implementation. Responsible for anticipating risks, ensuring user acceptance testing, and supporting process reengineering for change delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Demonstrate strong business knowledge and sound business sense
Gather requirements and agree designs across business stakeholders
Shape business requirements and solution designs
Identify and define issues or problems
Bring structure and order to undefined problems
Devise solution options
Evaluate costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions
Articulate complex information in a meaningful way to suit the audience
Understand the Group’s priorities, business drivers, competitors, and competitive strategies
Anticipate issues and risks and act to mitigate them
Identify potential risks to service or performance and deal with them proactively
Participate in user acceptance testing and validate new systems, solutions, and processes
Report business testing progress and remove blockers
Define requirements management processes and design detailed business solutions
Identify areas of impact on the target operating model and mitigate impact
Manage requirements traceability through design and delivery
Develop a high-level business case
Allocate tasks and objectives to other analysts on a project or programme
Requirements:
Ability to read/type and speak in Chinese is crucial - Mandarin and Cantonese
Good understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques
A thorough understanding of the purpose, values, culture and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery
Outstanding understanding of HSBC Group structures, processes and objectives
Very strong knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors etc.
Basic Business reengineering knowledge
Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques
Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches
Related Testing Certifications on Test planning, management and execution
