Job Description:

The Transformation Associate plays a critical role within the Office of the CEO supporting the Chief of Staff to drive execution of PEXA’s most important strategic priorities. Working across the organization and with Senior Leaders, you’ll help translate CEO priorities into execution and measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support delivery of CEO-led initiatives including special projects and enterprise transformation programs
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of Executive Governance forums (e.g. Board, ELT) to ensure efficient and effective outcomes
  • Conduct research and analysis on market developments, industry trends and transformation progress to inform the CEO and Chief of Staff
  • Support the strategic direction and decision-making of the business through the provision of commercial intelligence and insights (e.g. industry trends, competitive positioning)
  • Assist in the development and delivery of company-wide strategic KPI’s aligned to the CEO’s transformation goals
  • Utilise your previous agile project management experience to coordinate the delivery of change initiatives including timelines, risks and dependencies
  • Build strong relationships across business units and corporate functions to ensure cross-functional collaboration is achieved enabling effective execution of enterprise-wide priorities

Requirements:

  • Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent internal strategy, transformation or PMO role
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, transformation principles, and operating model change
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience synthesising complex information into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience in preparing high-quality executive-level materials (e.g., board papers, business cases, strategy decks)
  • Exposure to corporate governance, project delivery lifecycles, or performance measurement frameworks is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with the digital and data-led landscape of a technology-enabled business, ideally in fintech, property, or financial services
  • Highly motivated, with strong problem-solving and ownership capability whilst being comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to see both the strategic big picture and the operational detail
  • A collaborative team player who builds trust and influence across levels and functions
