Job Responsibility:

  • Lead initiatives to integrate AI and advanced analytics across Bombardier Defense operations, driving innovation and operational excellence
  • Work closely with the IT Defense focal to ensure seamless execution of all transformation initiatives and technology integration
  • Implement automation, predictive modeling, and machine learning solutions to enhance decision-making and efficiency (e.g., KPI dashboards, Power BI)
  • Assess and enhance enterprise systems architecture to ensure scalability, security, and interoperability
  • Drive integration of digital platforms across functions (Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR)
  • Implement governance frameworks for data integrity and system performance
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud solutions) for potential adoption
  • Benchmark industry best practices and translate them into actionable solutions for Bombardier Defense
  • Champion digital innovation culture across the organization
  • Design and maintain dashboards and analytics tools to monitor system performance and transformation KPIs
  • Provide actionable insights through advanced data modeling and trend forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on digital strategy and AI adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for governance forums

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI implementation, or enterprise systems optimization
  • Strong expertise in AI technologies, data analytics, and systems architecture
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Aerospace or defense industry experience is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
