Job Responsibility

Lead initiatives to integrate AI and advanced analytics across Bombardier Defense operations, driving innovation and operational excellence
Work closely with the IT Defense focal to ensure seamless execution of all transformation initiatives and technology integration
Implement automation, predictive modeling, and machine learning solutions to enhance decision-making and efficiency (e.g., KPI dashboards, Power BI)
Assess and enhance enterprise systems architecture to ensure scalability, security, and interoperability
Drive integration of digital platforms across functions (Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR)
Implement governance frameworks for data integrity and system performance
Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud solutions) for potential adoption
Benchmark industry best practices and translate them into actionable solutions for Bombardier Defense
Champion digital innovation culture across the organization
Design and maintain dashboards and analytics tools to monitor system performance and transformation KPIs
