In order to tackle this strategic challenge and help Shape & Drive the transformation in our supply chain, we are introducing the role of Transfer Project Lead within Industrialization Team of the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement organization. This role will be instrumental in implementing ASML’s transfer strategy, supporting our ambition of global supply chain resilience and scalability. Job Responsibility
Manage and lead a team of cross-discipline team members to achieve ASML product transfer strategies
Apply ASML’s project management standards to lead coordination of Initiation, Plan, Execution, and Closure phases
Deliver sourcing and supply chain requirements with sourcing managers and category managers
Industrialize ASML supply chain by NPI New Product Industrialization directly with suppliers in Asia or by transferring NPI suppliers in Europe & US regions to HVM suppliers in Asia region
Develop and manage the project plan of above supply chain industrialization
Consolidate and secure deliverables from other sectors to execute the supply chain transfer
Establish project governance structure and align with internal and external stakeholders
Provide transparent, structured reporting and escalate issues/ barriers to senior management
Manage and communicate the closure report including LLs/ Best practices
Drive functional effective collaboration and continuous process improvement
Requirements
Master’s degree with well-established knowledge in both technical disciplines and business management
MBA from US or European institution is preferred, particularly with a focus in engineering, operations, sourcing, supply chain, or sales key account management background
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in major international company, especially in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, medical or other business-to-business technical industries
Over 7 years of project management experience leading complex, large-scale projects, preferably by low volume and experience in supply chain management in business-to-business technical environments
Proven track record of project or business leadership
Experience of working in matrix organizations, both locally and globally, is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive, energetic, and persevere to drive for success
Self-starter and motivator with entrepreneurial spirits and can-do attitude
Ability to deal with ambiguity and take pragmatic approach
Good logical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to influence cross-sector stakeholders without direct authority in a matrix organization structure
Ability to communicate clearly and create buy-in across multiple decision levels
Business, financial and commercial acumen
Being able to perform under pressure and willing to embrace challenges and changes
A team builder
Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing, with TOEIC > 850
Excellent business communication skills, with stakeholders at all levels, internal with executives and external with suppliers
