Job Responsibility:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Brose group’s transaction structure, analyzing it from both business and tax perspectives to develop effective transfer pricing strategies
Drive global transfer pricing documentation efforts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across master files, local files, and benchmark studies
Oversee tasks and deadlines, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of all transfer pricing documentation processes
Collaborate with advisors and finance managers to review data critically and ensure its quality and reliability through practical insights
Maintain compliance with local transfer pricing regulations, proactively monitoring updates and implementing necessary changes including further development of transfer pricing system and transfer pricing guidelines
Support tax authority audits and inquiries, providing precise, well-organized transfer pricing documentation to meet expectations
Participate in broader team efforts, contributing to operational activities and cross-border initiatives to support organizational objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable with specialization in taxation
At least 1- 3 years of professional experience
Very good knowledge of accounting principles and interpretation of financial statements
Strong analytical skills and practical, common-sense problem-solving
Very good knowledge of English
Experience with Excel is a must
Nice to have:
Knowledge of German is an advantage
Experience with SAP FI/CO is an advantage
Prior experience in transfer pricing and transfer pricing documentation is a significant advantage
Familiarity with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and experience in international tax matters is an advantage
