Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the Tax team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This role will be dedicated to managing and supporting the transfer pricing aspects of our Glovo Group, which operates in numerous countries in Europe and Africa. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing regulations within the Glovo Group, as well as contributing to the overall transfer pricing strategy of the Delivery Hero Group. You will be part of the Central tax team and closely integrated into the Glovo tax team, benefiting from their expertise and support in both teams. The position will be based in Berlin, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment. Regular business trips to Barcelona to strengthen the work relationship with the Glovo Tax team will be beneficial to achieve good results.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the dedicated transfer pricing specialist for the Glovo Group
  • Manage and oversee the ongoing transfer pricing integration tasks related to the Glovo Group
  • Provide independent, comprehensive and business-oriented transfer pricing advice in all business areas of the Glovo Group, including preparation of new Guidelines and Policies
  • Lead the transfer pricing documentation project for the Glovo Group
  • Analyze and interpret international transfer pricing laws and regulations relevant to the Glovo Group's operations
  • Assistance in PMI and potential restructuring projects
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures for the Glovo Group
  • Support the central team in establishing an improved oTP process at Glovo
  • Develop pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with the business teams
  • Support tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing within the Glovo Group
  • Collaborate closely with the central transfer pricing team, other tax specialists, and business stakeholders
  • Stay updated on developments in transfer pricing legislation and best practices
  • Independently manage internal and external stakeholders within the Glovo Group to comply with internal TP Guidelines and Policies
  • Compiling and organizing financial data and other relevant information to support transfer pricing analyses and documentation
  • Manage projects end to end, including prioritizing & process optimization to improve TP compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a corporate environment or a reputable consulting firm
  • Solid understanding of international transfer pricing principles, regulations, and documentation requirements
  • Experience with transfer pricing integration projects is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including large-scale documentation efforts
  • Experience with transfer pricing software or tools is a plus
  • Experience with SAP and OneStream is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Spanish language skills would be beneficial but are not mandatory
  • A degree in economics, business, law, or a related field
