Job Description:

Senior Transfer Pricing Advisor position at Ingka (biggest IKEA Retailer worldwide) within Group Transfer Pricing team, focusing on advising transfer pricing matters for three businesses: IKEA Retail, Ingka Centres and Ingka Investments. Part of Group Tax within Group Finance, reporting to Transfer Pricing Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical Transfer Pricing advice and analyses
Lead projects regarding Transfer Pricing matters for business integration, new business developments, acquisitions
Proactively monitor the Ingka Group Transfer Pricing model for Retail, Centres and Investments businesses
Review business developments and financial information
Analyse, improve and implement Transfer Pricing processes and policies for Group's main intercompany transactions
Address business developments and identify industry trends and regulatory changes relevant for Transfer Pricing
Contribute to preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation
Create environment where IKEA culture embraces diversity of co-workers and customers

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant transfer pricing experience
University degree in Finance/Economics, Tax Economics, Tax Law, or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Transfer Pricing principles
General understanding of treasury, accounting and corporate tax
Proven track record of autonomously providing high skilled advice regarding complex Transfer Pricing matters
Strong analytical and numerical skills applying a business/economic approach
Detail-focused with strong drive for delivering results
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Flexible, multi-tasker, fast learner and pro-active
Comfortable handling unclear or unpredictable situations
Strong prioritization skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Passionate and hands-on professional with strong sense of urgency
Solution-focused approach
Self-starter who can work independently
