Job Description:

Join HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking as a Transfer Agency, Product Delivery Senior Business Analyst to drive key product initiatives across APAC, leveraging experience in Transfer Agency product, agile methodology, and strategic delivery practices.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and drive delivery of key Transfer Agency (TA) Product initiatives across APAC
maintain close and positive working relationship with all teams across Product, Operations and Technology including vendors
own and manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
serve as a lead representative in Singapore for TA related projects
design and implement adequate oversight of outsourced activities
effective reporting of project timeline, milestones and OKR outcomes to project sponsors and outcome owners
drive governance that is accountable, meaningful, and aligned with Group practices
promote the value of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mind-set

Requirements:

Strong experience of Transfer Agency product, where experience in a business analysis/project management/system development role a distinct advantage
background and experience in other funds product types would be an added advantage
change delivery practices including a working knowledge of a range of delivery practices including agile methodology

Nice to have:

Background and experience in other funds product types
strategic thinker with ability to execute strategy through to delivery outcomes
inspiring trust through credibility evidenced via exceptional communication skills
