Job Description

Leading a small fast paced and target oriented team, the Transactions Team Leader oversees the day-to-day activities, ensuring all transactional processes and controls are delivered and team morale is maintained. The role includes problem solving, reconciliations and control checking. You will be working as part of a large and vibrant department in a growing Plc, which has a strong focus on its people.

Requirements

  • A proven track record for reliability and outstanding performance in a Team leader role would be advantageous
  • A strong background in finance is essential and will know instinctively how to lead a team
  • High attention to detail due to fast paced role

  • Credit Cards and Petty Cash Management: Oversee the administration, reconciliation, and control of company credit card spend and petty cash
