We are looking for an experienced Transactional Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Job Responsibility:
Assist with the formation and management of business entities, including preparing and filing required documentation
Coordinate and support real estate transactions, including drafting contracts, conducting title reviews, and managing closing procedures
Conduct legal research to support transactional matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and external parties to facilitate smooth transactional processes
Maintain and update legal records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Manage deadlines and prioritize assignments to meet project timelines
Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining correspondence
Stay updated on legal regulations and industry trends to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in transactional law
Proficiency in entity formation processes and real estate transactions
Strong ability to conduct legal research and analyze information effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
