Transactional Legal Secretary

• Prepare, revise, and finalize large volumes of transactional legal documents with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and presentation
• Support real estate and related closing activities by coordinating document printing, signature routing, scanning, and compilation of complete closing materials
• Format attorney-produced drafts using advanced Microsoft Word features, including firm-style macros, to ensure documents meet required standards
• Organize, save, and retrieve files in iManage while maintaining orderly electronic and physical records for active matters
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate attorney appointments and deadlines through Outlook and related administrative tools
• Assemble transaction binders or similar matter materials by reviewing source documents, selecting relevant content, and arranging information in a logical format
• Assist with conflict check processes when needed and provide general administrative support to attorneys across a high-volume transactional practice
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal word processing resources to refine complex documents and keep deliverables on track

• Prior experience in a Legal Secretary or comparable legal support role, preferably within a transactional practice environment
• Strong background handling document-heavy work involving real estate transactions, lease documentation, construction contracts, or similar legal matters
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including document formatting and use of macros
• Working knowledge of iManage or a similar document management platform
• Proficiency with Outlook and demonstrated ability to manage scheduling and calendar coordination effectively
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review, organize, and process large volumes of paperwork accurately
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and support several attorneys in a fast-paced, on-site office setting

Experience with e-filing, court filings, calendar management, or dictation is helpful
