Job Description:

Expanding legal team seeks Transactional Lawyer that wants to go in house! 100% ONSITE in Pasadena. The Attorney will handle various agreements from purchase and sale to vendor contracts to supplier agreements. The Attorney will draft, redline, and negotiate directly with customers. This is a client-facing position with heavy drafting. General counsel will mentor, train, and there is growth!
