Job Description

Join a global Risk Management & Insurance team supporting complex M&A transactions, litigation, and insurance claims. This role partners closely with attorneys and clients on high-stakes matters and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Help manage the Representation & Warranty insurance underwriting process
  • Support administration of large insurance claims related to litigation
  • Draft and gather routine correspondence, including notice letters and carrier updates
  • Review and organize policy documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage post-closing deliverables and maintain insurance policy records
  • Prepare materials for attorney review, including chronologies, summaries, memoranda, charts, and affidavits
  • Collect and organize materials from clients and third parties
  • Coordinate with billing teams and insurers to track and ensure timely payments

Requirements

  • BA/BS, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of related experience
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a team environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to independently resolve issues and apply prior knowledge to new matters
  • Comfortable supporting complex matters with attorney supervision
