The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. Wells Fargo is seeking a Transactional Conflicts Consultant who will partner closely with Investment Banking, Legal, and Risk stakeholders to identify, assess, and address potential conflicts across global entities. Success in this role requires sound independent judgment, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders while operating in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Must have the ability to chart and analyze the relationship among multiple global entities and identify possible conflict issues
  • Must have the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with senior bankers and the Firm's senior management in a clear, precise and efficient manner and offer sound independent judgment
  • Must have the confidence/fortitude to probe across the spectrum of stakeholders to ensure end analysis is complete
  • Ability to operate in fast paced, dynamic work environment with high sense of urgency in getting results and resolving open issues.
  • Strong sense of discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in close coordination with others as part of a small team
