Transactional Antitrust Associate

US Law Firm is seeking a 2nd-5th Year Associate for its rapidly growing, nationally recognized Antitrust and Competition practice group. Candidates may sit in their New York or Washington, D.C., offices, and must have experience in antitrust and competition law, government antitrust investigations, and government merger enforcement actions, including Second Requests. They should also have experience counseling clients regarding transactional antitrust risk and compliance as well as representing clients in front of antitrust enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state Attorneys General. While candidates in Washington, D.C. will be considered, the team is focused on growing its presence in New York and the candidate must be admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they are located.
