Job Description

A Director is required to independently, and with the support of other Directors and Partners, develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members. You will have a deep understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and / or reporting accountant’s work. You will also have developed sector knowledge (Life Sciences & Healthcare). In Transaction Services, you will have the opportunity to support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support them through events such as acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions. We help to deliver successful transaction outcomes through our data-driven insights and commercial acumen.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of transaction services
  • Life Sciences & Healthcare experience is preferred/would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of managing teams
  • Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team, but can also work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates a pro-active approach to continuous development
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular, PowerPoint and Excel
