Job Description:

Join a collaborative and employee-focused team where you'll play an essential role in supporting Medicaid providers in Montana. As a Transaction Processing Associate on the Claims Resolution Team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and reviewing claim data to ensure integrity, compliance, and timely resolution. Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately enter claim data into claims processing systems
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
  • Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow-up
  • Maintain productivity while meeting established quality and accuracy standards
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim submissions
  • Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding discrepancies or workflow issues
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Comply with all data integrity and security policies
  • Perform additional administrative or clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of office, administrative, or data entry experience
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and professionalism in both written and verbal interactions
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening and drug testing required
