Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Transaction Processors to support a New Mexico Medicaid special project. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three months; however, the project may be extended based on business needs. High-performing employees may also be considered for additional opportunities within the organization. Medicaid claims processing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within designated software systems
  • Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
  • Process assigned transactions while meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Utilize Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint to support daily operations
  • Handle multiple assignments and shifting priorities as needed
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures
  • Strong time management and attendance record
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
