We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Transaction Processors to support a New Mexico Medicaid special project. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three months; however, the project may be extended based on business needs. High-performing employees may also be considered for additional opportunities within the organization. Medicaid claims processing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality.
Job Responsibility
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within designated software systems
Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
Process assigned transactions while meeting productivity and quality standards
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Utilize Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint to support daily operations
Handle multiple assignments and shifting priorities as needed
Follow established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards
Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures
Strong time management and attendance record
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
