Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter claim data into claims processing systems
Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow-up
Maintain productivity while meeting established quality and accuracy standards
Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim submissions
Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding discrepancies or workflow issues
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Comply with all data integrity and security policies
Perform additional administrative or clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
some college coursework preferred
Minimum of 1 year of office, administrative, or data entry experience
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Strong attention to detail, grammar, and accuracy
Excellent communication and professionalism in both written and verbal interactions
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Successful completion of pre-employment screening and drug testing required
Nice to have:
