Job Description:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with the allocation, clearance, settlement and investigation of transactions. This role provides opportunities to understand the full trade lifecycle, enhance client services skills, and work with global teams in Citi.

Job Responsibility:

Manage incoming queries from relevant teams and allocate trades accordingly
Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
Generate and match trade in accordance with policies and legislation
Complete tasks accurately and on time to meet deadlines
Identify discrepancies within transactions and work with the appropriate department to form a solution
Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports

Requirements:

Experience in Microsoft packages
Strong Mathematical mindset
Strong risk management and control mindset
Self-reliant, good problem solver, results orientated.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
Strong teamwork skills
