Job Description:

Transaction Manager role within a leading Investor Services group, offering end-to-end services for the investment sector worldwide. The role involves managing a portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs, client relationships, and staying current with legal and governance developments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the transaction manager for a diverse portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs, including securitisations, CDOs, CLOs, repackagings, receivables, and leasing transactions
  • Manage the transaction closing process, reviewing comprehensive suites of transaction documents with guidance from the Transaction Management Director
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, investment managers, and other transaction parties
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancement, escalating issues, and implementing process changes
  • Stay up to date on legal and corporate governance developments, especially those impacting capital market transactions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Business, or a closely related field
  • Professional qualification such as a legal certification or ICSA
  • Over 3 years of experience in a corporate services provider or in-house environment
  • Strong track record of managing client relationships
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • 'Can-do' attitude and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong commercial acumen and solid team ethic
  • Structured, analytical mindset capable of maintaining accurate and consistent data
  • Prior experience in structured finance and the aviation sector
  • Adept at following and enhancing existing processes

Nice to have:

  • Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in using MS Office suite of applications
