Job Description:

This role involves supporting the lifecycle of loan management, developing processes and tools, ensuring compliance, and managing loan transactions. The Transaction Manager will collaborate with various teams, provide training, and work in high-pressure environments requiring analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibility:

Support loan origination and lifecycle management including large complex syndicated and bilateral loans
assist in creating processes, standards, and training related to transaction management
aid in designing and testing of technology solutions
provide training and support to transaction management staff
ensure data quality and compliance with internal policies and regulations
define and implement operational metrics and risk reviews
improve processes and controls across the loan lifecycle
manage and maintain a pipeline of loan transactions
coordinate and close loan transactions, capturing relevant data and documentation.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
ability to work well under tight deadlines and manage priorities
quantitative skills with high proficiency in Excel and Microsoft-based programs
familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools
experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools
keen attention to detail
developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
client relationship and solution skills.

Nice to have:

Experience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending
knowledge of wholesale loan products
experience working with clients under time constraints
proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management
critical decision-making capabilities
multi-tasking and organizational skills
understanding of regulatory policies in relation to lending
deep understanding of operational processes supporting wholesale lending.
