Job Description:

Transaction Management supports the full lending lifecycle, including loan closing, servicing coordination, complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control. The team provides operational oversight for all loan transactions within its supported business division, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Loan execution, funding and lifecycle management for syndicated, bilateral, corporate, structured lending and trade facilities
  • Manage deal closing pipeline
  • Coordinate lifecycle events (covenants and collateral)
  • Capture data
  • Store documentation
  • Troubleshoot
  • Perform quality control
  • Work to operational metrics and risk/control reviews for end-to-end transparency
  • Partner with business lines, credit risk, operations, and legal to align with strategic vision
  • Assess and manage risk
  • Ensure compliance, ethical conduct, and transparent control issue escalation
  • Ensure data quality, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with refining processes, standards, procedures, controls, and training for transaction management
  • Help design, implement, test, and roll out technology solutions as required
  • Train and support transaction management staff and business constituents
  • Continuously help to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies across the loan lifecycle
  • Lead projects for performance and efficiency enhancement as necessary
  • Serve as escalation point for loan remediation and system testing/migrations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with LMA loan documentation
  • Extensive experience with syndicated transactions
  • Extensive experience with transaction/data capture tools
  • Extensive relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to work independently
  • High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Client relationship and solution skills
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent work experience required
