Job Description:

Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle, including loan closing, onboarding, data management, and servicing coordination. The role involves ensuring operational oversight of loan transactions to meet internal and external requirements.

Job Responsibility:

support loan origination and lifecycle management
assist with creation of processes, standards, procedures, and controls
aid in design and implementation of technology
provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents
partner with business lines, credit risk, operations, and legal teams
ensure quality of data, controls, and processes meet internal and regulatory requirements
define and implement operational metrics and risk control reviews
improve processes, controls, and efficiencies
participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency
manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline
coordinate and close loan transactions and lifecycle events
assess and manage risk while demonstrating compliance with rules, regulations, and policies

Requirements:

2-5 years relevant experience
excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities
high proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft-based programs
familiarity with Tableau or visualization tools
keen attention to detail
developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
client relationship and solution skills
fluency in English

Nice to have:

experience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending at a large financial institution
knowledge of wholesale loan product and business
experience working with clients under time constraints
proven ability to collaborate with team members, senior management, and other business constituents
critical decision-making capabilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems
ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills
understanding and awareness of corporate and regulatory policies regarding lending
deep understanding of operational processes supporting wholesale lending
focus on achieving/exceeding key operating standards within a KPI/metrics-driven culture
