Transaction Management Analyst

• Support loan origination and lifecycle management
• assist with creation of processes, standards, procedures, and controls
• aid in technology design and implementation including testing and rollout
• provide training and support to transaction management staff
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• work with business lines and loan operations to implement metrics and reviews
• improve processes and controls
• participate in system testing and migrations
• manage and maintain loan transaction pipeline
• coordinate and close loan transactions and lifecycle events
• troubleshoot and perform quality control
• assess and manage operational risks

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities
• quantitative skills with high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft-based programs
• familiarity with Tableau or visualization tools
• experience with Loan IQ, transaction capture tools
• keen attention to detail
• developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
• client relationship and solution skills

• Experience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending
• knowledge of wholesale loan (syndicated/bilateral) product and business including legal loan documentation and deal structure
• experience working with clients under time constraints
• proven ability to collaborate with team members, senior management, and other business constituents
• critical decision-making capabilities
• ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
• understanding and awareness of corporate and regulatory policies in relation to Lending
• deep understanding of operational processes supporting wholesale lending
