Job Description

As a Consultant, you will join the Transaction & Corporate Finance team, supporting clients—primarily Private Equity funds and corporate investors—across strategic and high‑impact transactions. The role involves working on complex financial projects, leveraging strong quantitative, accounting, and financial modeling skills, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in both national and international contexts.

Job Responsibility

  • Driving the execution of financial due diligence in buy-out operations for major Private Equity funds
  • Developing and reviewing business plans to evaluate investment projects
  • Performing business valuation processes for transactions, using both traditional and innovative approaches
  • Providing financial analysis to support our clients' strategic decisions
  • Guiding and mentoring Associates across ongoing projects, ensuring high-quality execution

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year of experience in Transaction Support or Investment Banking, gained at consulting firms, investment banks, financial boutiques, or Private Equity firms
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics and valuation methodologies
  • Proficiency in financial and business modeling
  • Degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or Statistics with a financial focus
  • Outstanding command of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian (B2 minimum)
