Job Responsibility:

Supporting the execution of financial due diligence in buy-out operations for major Private Equity funds
Developing and reviewing business plans to evaluate investment projects
Engaging in business valuation processes for transactions, using both traditional and innovative approaches
Providing business and financial analysis to support our clients’ strategic decisions

Requirements:

Interest in the Private Equity industry or 1 year to 2 years of experience in Transaction Support or Investment Banking, gained at consulting firms, investment banks, financial boutiques, or Private Equity firms
Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics
Experience in financial modeling
Understanding of financial statements and knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles
Degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or Statistics with a financial focus
Outstanding command of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian (B2 minimum)
