Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the execution of financial due diligence in buy-out operations for major Private Equity funds
  • Developing and reviewing business plans to evaluate investment projects
  • Engaging in business valuation processes for transactions, using both traditional and innovative approaches
  • Providing business and financial analysis to support our clients’ strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Interest in the Private Equity industry or 1 year to 2 years of experience in Transaction Support or Investment Banking, gained at consulting firms, investment banks, financial boutiques, or Private Equity firms
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics
  • Experience in financial modeling
  • Understanding of financial statements and knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles
  • Degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or Statistics with a financial focus
  • Outstanding command of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian (B2 minimum)
