Job Description:

The Fund Order Processing team focuses on the correctness of trade life cycle of collective investment orders received from our clients and any operational processes related to that. The team is responsible for timely and accurate processing of subscription and redemption transactions for units in collective investment schemes, as well as maintenance of data in internal databases, projects implementation and risk management.

Job Responsibility:

Processing clients’ orders and order routing to respective third parties (custodians, fund accounting, transfer agents) globally
Ensuring correct trade confirmation and settlement
Investigating and resolving breaks
Clearing exceptions and eliminating errors, reduction of manual touchpoints in order to increase automated flow
Reporting to internal/external recipients
Supporting different departmental initiatives for the clients, smooth cooperation with internal and external teams to provide with the best service for our clients
Acting as a Supervisor’s backup

Requirements:

Experience in working for institutions linked to capital markets / banking operations / finance
Knowledge in construction and functioning of different financial instruments, especially investment funds (mutual, hedge funds), capital markets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English required)
Effective time management - ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines when working under pressure
Computer skills: MS Office environment knowledge
Strong analytical skills, combined with coming to conclusions and innovative thinking
Excellent teamwork skills
