Job Responsibility:
Deliver analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales & Trading on securities and derivatives transactions
Maintain accurate position records in partnership with trading desk assistants and trade processing functions
Support end-to-end trade capture, including Front-to-Back reconciliation, operational risk identification, trade confirmations, and settlement forecasting
Investigate and resolve complex issues using data analysis tools, and present improvement recommendations to senior leadership
Design, prepare, and interpret complex management reports to support control, oversight, and decision-making activities
Provide insights and recommendations for new product launches, service enhancements, and platform upgrades
Minimize operational and financial risk by identifying errors, proposing mitigating controls, and ensuring adherence to audit, compliance, and regulatory standards
Manage, escalate, and resolve inquiries, exceptions, and process deviations while identifying policy gaps and shaping new or improved procedures
Offer informal coaching and on-the-job guidance to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and team development
Assess and manage risk when making business decisions, demonstrating strong ethical judgment and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard the firm's clients, assets, and reputation
Requirements:
Min. 3 years of experience in trade support, operations, middle office, or related function within financial services
Good understanding of financial instruments, especially derivatives and/or securities
Very good command of English (oral and written)
Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with trade capture / reconciliation tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with Front Office and control teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
