Join Barclays as a Transaction Banking Product Manager - Digital - VP, where you will drive the execution and scaling of the Digital strategy for Global Transaction Banking. In this role, you will oversee the end‑to‑end management, governance, and delivery of client‑facing digital products across Cash Management and Trade Finance. You will work closely with global and regional teams to optimize digital capabilities—including online banking, APIs, host‑to‑host, mobile, and self‑service tools to support revenue growth. You will manage global and regional payment and reporting file formats while ensuring clients adopt and upgrade to the latest digital services. You will collaborate with clients, sales, Implementation, and service teams to enhance the client journey and accelerate time to revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the execution and scaling of the Digital strategy for Global Transaction Banking
Oversee the end‑to‑end management, governance, and delivery of client‑facing digital products across Cash Management and Trade Finance
Work closely with global and regional teams to optimize digital capabilities—including online banking, APIs, host‑to‑host, mobile, and self‑service tools to support revenue growth
Manage global and regional payment and reporting file formats while ensuring clients adopt and upgrade to the latest digital services
Collaborate with clients, sales, Implementation, and service teams to enhance the client journey and accelerate time to revenue
Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance
Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve product offerings
Response to customer inquiries, resolution of issues, and provision of guidance on product usage
Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption
Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product, such as brochures, presentations, and online content
Participation in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders
Participation in events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest
Requirements:
Experience in digital transaction banking solutions (Online Banking, H2H, SWIFT, APIs, Mobile)
Technical knowledge of payment types and file formats such as NACHA, XML, BAI2, and CAMT
Experience with product management or product development in Cash Management or Trade Finance
Understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product delivery frameworks
