Job Description

This firm delivers strategic, industry-focused advisory services to clients ranging from private equity groups to middle-market and large corporate organizations. The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team supports clients through buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, providing critical financial insights that inform investment decisions across a variety of industries.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements from planning through delivery
  • Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings (QoE), working capital, and key deal metrics
  • Serve as a primary client contact, including private equity and executive stakeholders
  • Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support transaction decisions
  • Manage and mentor junior team members across engagements
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship building
  • Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in TAS, audit, or corporate finance, with strong M&A exposure
  • Demonstrated experience in financial due diligence and QoE analysis
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and transaction processes
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders (PE firms, C-suite)
  • CPA preferred
