The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team supports clients through buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, providing critical financial insights that inform investment decisions across a variety of industries.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements from planning through delivery
Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings (QoE), working capital, and key deal metrics
Serve as a primary client contact, including private equity and executive stakeholders
Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support transaction decisions
Manage and mentor junior team members across engagements
Support business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship building
Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness
Requirements:
5-7+ years of experience in TAS, audit, or corporate finance, with strong M&A exposure
Demonstrated experience in financial due diligence and QoE analysis
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and transaction processes
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders (PE firms, C-suite)
CPA preferred
