Job Description

You will have the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences by providing safe, friendly, and reliable transportation to the beach. As a Tram Driver, you will be a key point of contact for guests, offering assistance, directions, and helpful information while ensuring timely and comfortable transit. This role allows you to interact with guests daily, support resort operations, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere while developing strong customer service, communication, and safety skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet, engage, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate resort trams safely and efficiently
  • Assist guests with boarding and exiting the tram
  • Communicate tram schedule and resort information clearly
  • Maintain a safe environment
  • Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tram
  • Enforce resort transportation policies and safety rules
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trams
  • Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and other resort departments
  • Maintain professional appearance, attendance, and strict adherence to all safety, licensing, uniform, and operational standards

Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience customer service experience
  • Strong desire to make an impact on other people
  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
