We are looking for a skilled Training & User Support Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our organization, ensuring employees have the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will also provide expert guidance on software applications and support, fostering a productive and detail-oriented learning environment.
Job Responsibility:
Create and implement effective training programs to address organizational technology education needs
Develop and maintain detailed training strategies and curricula for all firm-supported software applications
Assess user skill levels and monitor progress within training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
Design, execute, and oversee onboarding and ongoing education programs tailored to specific job functions
Ensure a detail-oriented and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and growth
Schedule and coordinate regular software training sessions for employees
Develop and update reference guides and documentation to support software use across the firm
Act as a primary expert on desktop applications, offering guidance and recommendations for optimal usage
Evaluate and recommend new software solutions or improvements to existing systems
Assist attorneys, paralegals, and staff in customizing software tools to enhance client service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee training, support, or related roles
Proven expertise in developing and delivering training programs tailored to organizational needs
Strong knowledge of software applications and desktop tools used in a detail-oriented environment
Ability to create and maintain clear reference guides and documentation for end users
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and engagement
Demonstrated ability to assess user proficiency and design programs to address skill gaps
Experience in coordinating training sessions and managing schedules effectively
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
