Job Description

In this role, you will be the operational and analytical anchor for Our Client's enterprise learning platforms, primarily focusing on Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, and their integrated reporting systems. You will maintain high reporting accuracy, support critical learning stakeholder roles, and manage time-sensitive compliance and audit reporting. This role balances structured, recurring data governance with dynamic end-user support, making it perfect for an innovative problem-solver who enjoys transforming raw learning data into actionable business insights.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end monthly refresh and publication cycles for corporate learning dashboards
  • Monitor system refresh failures, restore data schedules, and manage platform access and security documentation
  • Execute recurring compliance reporting workflows and coordinate automated data extracts
  • Perform regular data health checks and partner with internal business units
  • Provide day-to-end technical support for learning data issues
  • Manage, triage, resolve, and escalate incoming inquiries within the learning services ticketing queue
  • Maintain security profiles and support role-based permissions within the LMS
  • Author and update job aids, knowledge base articles, and internal SOPs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (equivalent experience/certification considered)
  • Proven experience administering and supporting an enterprise LMS platform (Workday Learning is highly preferred)
  • Strong data analysis skills with a mastery of Microsoft Excel
  • Hands-on experience managing Power BI workspaces
  • Practical knowledge of enterprise intake tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Nice to have

  • Practical experience handling SuccessFactors reporting extracts and multi-platform data integrations
  • Exposure to modern automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with complex HR/learning data models and enterprise compliance reporting standards
  • Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams site administration and knowledge management
