Execute daily retail training, front-line sales techniques, and customer service standards across regions

Passion for outdoor sports, technical apparel, or premium retail industries is highly preferred
3 to 6+ years of training experience within top-tier outdoor sports, luxury retail, premium sports performance, or fast-paced lifestyle brands
Proven experience in either Instructional Course Design (Project Track) or High-Volume Retail Field Training (Routine Track)
Experience working within a matrix regional retail structure (managing sub-regions or specific districts) is a strong plus
Exceptional attention to detail, strong logic, and the ability to maintain high execution quality under strict standards
Outstanding public speaking, storytelling, and classroom facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire frontline retail staff
Strong capability in training material design, PPT/keynote layout, and converting technical product knowledge into digestible retail language
Deep understanding of consumer psychology, retail operations, and experiential service in the premium retail market
High emotional intelligence, strong resilience, and an agile mindset to adapt to a fast-scaling organization
