Job Description

This is a key role within their Training team and will focus on supporting the certification journey of learners, delivering an exceptional level of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of administration processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle learner enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Liaise with awarding bodies to ensure timely certification
  • Maintain accurate learner records and assist with training reports
  • Monitor and review training-related reports
  • Provide administrative support to the wider training team
