As the Training Specialist you will be responsible for managing New Employee Orientation (NEO) and facilitate the schedule within the factory. You will partner with the Training Manager on various projects and initiatives driving knowledge and skill development to deliver business results. You will manage Training Center resources, help create standards for new equipment and systems while fostering a safe work environment that supports our goals and missions.
Job Responsibility:
Schedule and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) within the factory
Create and update training documentation leveraging relevant instructional design methodologies
Design, develop and deliver training solutions, with an emphasis on our 10-20-70 learning model and adult learning theory
Assign and track user training in learning management system
Partner with employees at all levels to assess and analyze learning needs based on performance and needs assessment data
Incorporate new digital solutions and leverage existing digital tools and systems to improve and streamline training processes across all shifts
Actively engage in and support Total Performance Management (TPM) implementation and progression in the factory
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 1+ year of training experience within manufacturing, industrial or related environment
High School or GED AND 2+ years of training experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment
