Job Description:

The Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Instrumental in creating and implementing comprehensive training programs that support our strategies to protect our client’s intellectual property and copyrighted materials from unauthorized use and distribution. The purpose of this role is to create effective training programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees to ensure the highest level of quality and delivery is provided to clients. In the role there is also a requirement to maintain strong communication and collaboration with all internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages the complete training lifecycle, encompassing needs assessment, content development, delivery, and evaluation
  • Conduct a wide range of training sessions, from new hire orientations to specialized workshops
  • Develops comprehensive training strategies for Content Protection in collaboration with the Strategy, Quality, and Delivery teams
  • Responsible for the creation, storage, and maintenance of training materials
  • Ensures adequate training aligns with headcount and capacity requirements across the service
  • Conducts analyst onboarding, including new hire assessments, collaboration with the Quality team to identify new analysts, and timely and logically sound new starter inductions
  • Provides individualized coaching and support to employees as required
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of all training initiatives using various metrics and feedback
  • Responsible for reporting training and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Fosters cross-functional collaboration within Content Protection to facilitate continuous service improvement

Requirements:

  • Should have 4+ years of training experience
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and updating comprehensive training programs, modules, and materials across various delivery formats
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, interactive, and impactful training sessions to diverse audiences, adapting style and content to address learner needs
  • Strong presentation and public speaking proficiencies
  • Aptitude for identifying skill deficiencies, performance challenges, and development opportunities within an organizational context
  • Demonstrates the ability to navigate ambiguity in the absence of defined processes
  • A proactive critical thinker who challenges assumptions
  • Awareness of common digital piracy methods and technologies (e.g., P2P, streaming sites, illicit services) is beneficial
  • Demonstrates a proactive response when collaborating with all internal customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
