Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by delivering training programs that align with our company’s core values and supervising all aspects of training interventions.

Job Responsibility:

deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to meet the evolving needs of our staff
collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction
transfer knowledge of training and learning methodologies to build a culture of learning and development
demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, displaying initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and effectively
conduct training using new materials
test and review created materials
provide and receive feedback effectively
evaluate training effectiveness, document participant progress, and communicate findings to the relevant manager

Requirements:

excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
ability to engage with employees at all levels

familiarity with learning management solutions and proficiency in utilizing digital systems and tools for both virtual and onsite training
ability to prioritize workload, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines

critical thinker with problem-solving skills
good time-management skills
willingness to travel for external training sessions
