Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will lead a team of 2, to manage training programs. Your job scope includes but not limited to: Managing training needs, Scheduling and enrollment, Coordinating training delivery, Organizing training resources, Ensuring process compliance, Overseeing training execution.

Requirements:

Experience in training management
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills

Candidates who are able to start on short notice preferred but not a requirement

Hybrid working, 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home
Contract may be renewable or convertable depending on business needs
