Seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Professional Event & Training Coordinator in financial services industry to plan and execute training programs, conferences, webinars, and professional development events. This role manages program logistics, coordinates speakers and vendors, supports committees, assists with communications, and analyzes program performance. Includes onsite and virtual event support with occasional travel.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with vendor sourcing for venues, A/V, catering, and event services
Support committees involved in curriculum and program planning
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions
Build strong relationships with members, speakers, sponsors, and partners
Plan and coordinate seminars, conferences, workshops, webinars, and certificate programs
Requirements:
3+ years in professional development, training program management, adult learning, or related field
Strong project management, communication, and proofreading skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
Experience with event planning and virtual/hybrid training platforms preferred
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
