We are hiring a Training & Marketing Support Associate (Travel Retail) to join a fashion accessories company in Miami, FL

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver engaging in-store training sessions on brand values, products, and key selling points
  • Adapt training content to different store teams depending on the needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with store teams and store management
  • Support in-store visual refreshes according to brand and campaign guidelines
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
  • Make sure all stores have the most updated brand visuals and keep our database updated

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • English and Spanish is essential
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to quickly learn and confidently present brand and product information
  • Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or visual merchandising principles
  • Good time management skills

Nice to have:
