As the Training Manager, you will enhance brand image and maximize sales through strategic education. You are responsible for deploying regional training to boutique managers and staff, ensuring all activities align with global objectives. This role serves as the central point of reference for training materials and professional development within the Japan market.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and develop training programs based on global brand strategy
  • Adapt global training content and materials to fit Japanese culture
  • Conduct sales training on product knowledge and storytelling
  • Manage the e-learning database and digital community engagement
  • Visit stores to provide on-site coaching and identify skill gaps
  • Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans for mystery shopping

Requirements

  • Professional experience in retail training or education
  • Business level English for communication with global headquarters
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and customer service
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
