We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Training Manager to lead the development and execution of education strategies that empower brands, publishers, and internal teams to fully leverage the Permate Performance Partnership Platform. You will play a pivotal role in building Permate’s thought leadership and operational excellence through scalable, impactful educational programs. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, has strong experience in building enablement and training ecosystems, and is passionate about customer success and growth via education.

Lead the creation and execution of brand, agency and affiliate education for the Permate Academy
Strategic Education Program Design
Concept creation, script writing, recording (voice over and talking head), and promotion of all external brand and agency influencer and affiliate courses as well as internal training materials
Speaking at conferences as an industry expert while promoting Permate and Permate Academy
Regular involvement with all internal teams to understand the training needs of the company
Develop a long-term education roadmap aligned with Permate’s business goals, product updates, and GTM strategies
Create distinct learning tracks for: Brands (Enterprise, Agency & SME): affiliate fundamentals, campaign best practices, analytics use
Publishers/Affiliates: how to optimize traffic, monetize performance, and grow revenue
Internal stakeholders (Sales, AMs, BD): ongoing enablement for sales conversations, product releases, and partner management
Content Development & Management
Design and oversee the production of multi-format educational content: Playbooks, live workshops, onboarding decks, LMS courses, video tutorials, FAQs, and certifications
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and account management to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
Operationalize Learning Systems
Implement and manage a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) for internal and external users
Establish KPIs and feedback loops to measure learner success, retention, satisfaction, and business impact
Partnership Enablement
Lead the partnership with multiple training and development organization to educate affiliate marketing/ performance partnership toward market
Support partnership teams with co-branded training initiatives and white-labeled resources
