Job Description

As Vascular Training Manager, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve commercial training programs for BDPI Vascular across Europe. The role sits within the Sales Force Effectiveness and Capabilities function and focuses on building consistent, high-quality capability from onboarding through to advanced development, while ensuring alignment with Vascular strategy, product launches, and omnichannel initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and deliver end-to-end commercial training programmes covering onboarding, continuous development, and advanced capability building
  • Create and maintain self-paced and digital learning content across learning platforms, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and commercial priorities
  • Develop structured training agendas and blended learning solutions combining classroom, digital, and on-the-job approaches
  • Build and manage certification programmes, including learning pathways and assessment content, in partnership with marketing teams
  • Assess and segment commercial capability levels to support targeted development aligned with business goals
  • Deliver Challenger selling skills training and ensure consistent application across programmes
  • Establish and lead a European training council to evaluate, improve, and evolve training content and effectiveness
  • Measure, track, and report on the impact and performance of training initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • A background in vascular access products within the interventional medical device industry is required
  • Proven training experience, gained ideally in a formal training role or through clearly demonstrable training responsibilities within commercial or clinical roles
  • Proven sales and or marketing experience with hands-on use of structured selling methodologies
  • Strong project management capability, with experience planning, coordinating, and executing complex, multi-market training programmes
  • High level of IT literacy, including experience working with learning platforms and developing digital training materials
  • Fluent English is essential
